The service was great rhe technician Nick was super. He was professional, friendly and just an all around nice guy. The work was done in a timely manner and I've never had a better experience with a plumber.
Great people and company to work with! We had a bad clog and our pipes were messed up and all the drains were backing up everywhere. They came out quickly, pinpointed where the blockage was exactly and cleaned it out quickly. They were nice and personable and very smart! No more problems and everything works like new again! Highly would recommend them!

Absolutely amazing service! It was Sunday and nobody else was coming as we went down the list. When we got to Alphalete I didn't have to go any farther. They came out within 2 hrs and it was a good price. Showed me everything and explained it all while he had me watch him... just a different experience than I've had with plumbers before. I will definitely use again and certainly recommend. Thanks Diego, man, you were awesome!!!
Amazing service! Nick and Cas came same day I called for a gas leak and they came out a few hours later and tested not only the stove but the entire gas line. They got it all fixed and re tested quickly. Would use this company again.

Our kitchen sink has been backing up recently. We've tried all the home remedies and chemical remedies and they helped us limp along. Recently, the sink backed up to the point where we knew home remedies would not help. We called Alphalete for 3 reasons: They provide 24/7 help, they have great Google reviews, and most importantly, they are a locally owned business and not a chain. We love to support local whenever we can. Jahvon and Marcus came after hours and we're very polite and knowledgeable. They did what they could to get us in a temporary fix, knowing someone would need to come back for a more permanent fix the following day. Diego (owner) and Nick came out on a Sunday to complete everything. They were also very friendly and knowledgeable, sweet to our dog and cat, helpful in explaining our situation and getting us fully up and running again. We are very grateful to Diego and his crew for their hours spent helping us, for being ethical, friendly, and well versed in their field. We will definitely be using them in the future for our plumbing, heating and cooling needs. Thank you all so much for putting your heart and soul into your work.

Caleb, who came to take care of the water leak under my mobile home, was as good as his word. He went above and beyond his spectrum of duties to get the job done. Not to mention he was highly professional and very friendly. It really warms my heart when I see a young professional taking so much pride in his work.
These guys are great and reasonably priced. Donny came thru and could not find our leak, didn't charge us for that visit but had another team with a sensor come out and found the leak from a nail that hit a pipe from builder install in 2007. Fixed the leak and problem solved. Amazing work and definitely only calling these guys for any work at the house or our brewery Atrevida Beer Co. Always proud to support a Councilo member. I've been a customer of Alphalete Plumbing and Heat for several years now. I've used them for minor sink repairs, water heater upgrade, complete restroom remodels, and now central air installation. They have always been fair with pricing in comparison to other companies. Always on time, & everything is explained in detail. Life long customer here!
I called late morning when I found water leaking into the first floor from the mechanical room. A technician was here within 30 minutes, problem was found to be an old water heater started leaking. I have a dual water heater system. I was told the system was plumbed incorrectly and wasn't using both water heaters in tandem. Technician quoted a price to fix everything, it was well within my budget. Technician and helper arrived the next morning and had the install complete in a few hours. Extremely happy with Alphalete Plumbing and Heat.
From the first call I was impressed with alphalete plumbing. I did call several plumbers and this ne stood out as a good possibility. In the end, I am glad I connected with them. I called and talked with a very pleasant Mercedes and she set up a call from one of the installers. Diego promptly called and gave me more information and we set up the install the next day. He arrived at the arraigned time and completed the job quickly and professionally. As an added value, he installed an expansion tank to help the water heater to last longer. From my research this was a good addition and I am glad he included it. The price quoted did not change because of the expansion tank. After the install we talked and Diego answered all my questions and offered to come by if there was a need and he would take care of it. I sensed an honest desire to do an exceptional job and to back his work. He was not rushed and made sure I was satisfied. There is no doubt that I will call them for all of my plumbing needs. The staff are friendly, professional and honest. If you are looking for a good experience in a water heater install or any other plumbing need you can depend on a professional job well done by Alphalete Plumbing.Oh by the way, they were also a great price as well!!!

I ran into an issue on a home sale that had to do with the sewer. Prior to my working relationship with Diego and the Alphalete Team, I had been given the run-around by other plumbers and honestly became more confused by each conversation that I had had. Alphalete came to save the day, offered a five star experience.
The service I have used currently is for the company to locate a leak. This company has been responsive and timely to come to my home and investigate the problem. They found the problem, sent me a quote and I plan to use them to make the repairs. Very customer friendly.

Alphalete was a pleasure to work with. Had to have the hot water heater replaced in my mother's apartment. It has a smaller access to the crawlspace which caused some issues, but they were still quick to get a special order water heater in. The biggest compliment I can give, was that the plumber Thomas, was phenomenal with mother. They were communicative on the issues, gave several choices for working around them, and got the work done as quickly and painless as they could. They've earned our repeat business.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They were the third quote I received and the best. When they showed up they came in force with the whole team including the owner, found the problem and exactly where it was in the sewer line in under 15 minutes and they didn’t charge for the assessment.They were cheaper than first company and the technology they use is great, they didn’t have to tear up my entire yard or under the house. Every single employee knew their stuff and did an amazing job. They’re very personable and go above and beyond in customer service and job. I highly recommend.

After calling your office, Marcus came out the same day to assess, estimate, and explain the process in detail, then scheduled the job for the next day! Alphalete came to my home to install a gas line to convert the house from an electric range to a gas range. The work was amazing, and they were able to complete in six hours what other companies said would take two or three days. Alphalete was also the best value pricing I was able to find. Their hourly labor rate is beyond fair, and may even be a little low for their services. They were not the cheapest bid we received for the project, but they were the only company able to complete the job in one day, and they were the only company with immediate availability. Their work was phenomenal, and they took great care of us. Unfortunately, when the technicians were moving a bed, they broke the bed frame and box spring. However, ACCIDENTS HAPPEN! The measure of a company is not in the mistakes it makes, because all companies make mistakes, the measure of a company is how they handle their mistakes. Not only were Alphalete professional, courteous, and apologetic about the mistake, but they also offered to replace the box spring and bed frame. The owner, Diego, even called my wife and I to schedule a time to come back out, replace what was broken, and make the situation right in person. That amount of professionalism is scarce in today’s society, so to see it from Diego and his team gives me reason to refer them to friends. Diego and the entire team (Javhon, Lonnie, Marcus, Emmanual, Josiah, Gary) provide excellent service. My church was helping a gentleman who is a disabled vet and former police officer. It appeared his sewer line collapsed. After having a different plumber assess the situation and provide an impossible estimate, the Alphalete team responded and quickly suggested adding a clean out pipe, so they could correctly identify the issue. It turns out the line was not completely collapsed but had significant roots and cracks. A pipe scraping service and resin sleeve insert were suggested as the permanent fix. In addition, since we had a limited budget to cover it, Diego graciously provided a very, very significant discount. Praise God for Diego and his team. I highly recommend Alphalete for any related service needs. They are now my go to plumbing and sewer line service provider!

We are a bit overwhelmed by the experience with Alphalete , plumbing, drain, & sewer!! My name is Roger and Carol and we had our Boiler and water heater go out at the same time, a gentleman came and gave us the bad news which we heard before from other companies. But Bob explained in detail everything and put to rest all the bs we heard from other companies, Diego, the owner came by and gave us a quote that gave us the usual dreaded feeling!! We couldn’t afford the price given to us, and Carol tried to finance the job but was only approved for half. So we were stuck trying to figure out what to do, and Diego called and said in good faith he couldn’t leave us with no heat or hot water and they cut the price half and did the job for the financed amount!! Nobody has ever done that for us!! The work they did and the service they provided was second to none!!!! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody!! I experienced my first clog in over 15 years and called Alphalete. I learnt first hand the affect of ignoring regular preventive maintenance. It was a major repair. Jahvon and Diego were excellent from the first visit to ensure that it was addressed in the most professional manner until it was completely fixed using the most up to date solution and state of the art equipment. They worked weekends too to ensure that our house was still livable while the repair was going on. I do have several more updates that I plan to do and will not even consider any one else.

I was overseas for work when my water heater had a burst pipe, my house sitter was overwhelmed. Alphalete responded quickly, professionally, and took the extra steps to work with me being overseas. Took care of issue promptly and professionally
I had water coming up from my floor drain. It was due to my drainage being clogged. I called around to quote different plumbing companies and Alpalete was not only cheaper, but they were able to come 1 hour after calling them. Diego was my technician, and eveidentally the owner of the business, and was able to service after hours. You're charged extra for after hours but at least it's an option you get if the issue is serious enough to warrant immediate help. Professional and thorough, would recommend to anyone and use again if another issue arises.
